Hilton Hyundai denying to give corporate offe

I am submitting a complaint against Hilton Hyundai at Eanchakkal. I purchased a Hyundai i10 asta car from this dealer in June. As per their condition, as a Govt. employee, I was supposed to avail the corporate offer. I had submitted all the necessary documents to the dealer in due time. Until now, I have not received the money. They did not even bother to inform me about this. Instead, they are trying to avoid the matter. I called the manager many times over phone. Most of the time he used to reply me to call again after some time. When I called again, he simply doesn't attend the call. After calling from a different phone, once I was able to catch him fortunately. He wanted to me meet him in his office. When I want to his office at his desired time, he was not there in office. I called him again couple of day ago. Now he is saying the offer was rejected because of insufficient documents which is absolutely baseless because everything was submitted what their executive had aksed for. If they still need anyhthing more, I am ready to provide.

I can not define this like anything than cheating. Hoping for a justice.
