Regarding irregular supply of gas

sir with due respect i want to make you in notice of the irregular supply of my gas dealer- HIMANSHU GAS SERVICE.

Connection no. 6707.

Sir i m a 85 year old citizen. And sir only my grand son live with me, who is doing his job. i m unable to go to the agency for booking and complaint. my grand son only look after all this. but when ever he go for the complaint they (conserned person) used to say that the gas will reach within a week. sir i lastly booked my gas on 14/10/10 and revised it by doing complain on 21/11/10.

sir i just want to know wether these GAS AGENCIES are above law?

whenever we used to say anything to them they dont even listen us. what can we do further.

sir, lastly i want to beg you to take a notice for this. Its very urgent. THANKING YOU.
