Hi,
This is in regard to the Car Insurance policy renewal for my vehicle (Hyundai I 10) - DL8C S 3931. Mr Tejinder (Himgiri Representative) came to my place and collected a cheque of Rs 7035 /- for policy renewal from Tata AIG Insurance on 25th November and handed over a receipt - #0174 with a policy period of 30/11 - 29/11 on it.
Per him i was supposed to receive the policy before 30th November as my previous policy was expiring on that day. I have not received the policy yet... I have called your office number twice but to no avail.
