Dear Sir,
I am Ankush Sharma from Delhi, i was book my i10 sportz with cng automatic gear system. At booking
time Mr, Sanjeev had commit that their was no issue in cng automatic gear system so i book my car with advance payment 10, 000 on dated 16-aug. (And the delivery date is 05-sep).
On dated 03-sep Mr. sanjeev called me and ask for Rs50, 000 thousand amount for CNG fitting in car. i sad ok i give you with in a hour and i did same (He ask me for money 2 days before of delivery and i gave him). But on the delivery date he refuse to fit cng in my car and give a reason that company had bad a problem with cng automatic gera system cars in i10 sportz.
Sir i want to know if he knows that their is problem in i 10 sportz with cng automatic gear system, how can he commit me. after that i was cancel my booking on 07-sep. and he ensure me that i get my money back with in a 10 days, it means 17-sep. But when i call him on that day he again ask me for two day and again after 2 days and same will go on till now.
sir the point is if he knows then their is problem in cng automatic yhen how can he call me for more amount for cng fitting before 2 days left in delivery.
Sir i am also register my complaint in telephonic-ally on hyundai customer center.
