Used Car Condition

I have purchased a used Hyundai Accent car registration no. DL 8CJ 0256 by Himgiri Hyundai Peeragarhi, dealers of used cars in April. I am not at all satisfied with the car I have purchased. There was no documentation and certification of the car provided to me at the time of buying. Till date i have not received the RC of the car. Not happy with the car i have purchased since there is alignment problem, brake failure, engine head is broken since the time i have purchased the car, shock absorbers are not in good shape and is just been 6 to 8 months I have purchased the car. I want to file a complainent against the dealer for cheating the customers in the name of certified cars and chargeing high price in the name of certified cars. Kindly look into my matter seriously looking forward for your reply.
