I had given my car (Indigo CS DL 8C M 6925) to this service center for a problem in air conditioner on 30-April morning. The estimated delivery time was evening 02-May. However this service center did not work on the car at all. I called them up atleast thrice on daily basis from 02-May to 07-May. Everytime the person on telephone- Ms. Shilpi, Ms. Ritika and coordinator Amit Kumar, kept saying that it is being worked on. Also the behaviour of Ms. Shilpi was not as per a customer's expectation, all the times she used to ask me my phone number and was highly discourtious. I was not told the estimate for the services at any point of time by anyone. On Wednesday 04-May, they told my mother over the telephone that the car is ready. However on re confirmation by my driver they refused the statement. Finally on 07-May, I went to collect the car, it had not been worked on, on asking the service manager (name not known to me), he said that it is not ready because there were many cars. I asked the person to return my car in whatever condition and also to provide me in writing the reason for not working on it for 7 long days. The person refused to give such a written explanation by saying that it is not our system (I have the voice recording of such a conversation). It is to be noted that on March 19, the car was given on this workshop and they charged me for repair in ac. Also they had refused to provide warranty on changed fan
