Frauds and late service by hind motors

I have taken insurance policy from hind motors and they have done that insurance by saying cashless. But 1 day i got my car accident and given to hind motors mohali for repair and they commited me that i'l get car back within 15 days but they have not delivered upto 3 months. when giving me back they said first of all give us full payment then we will deliver car. but when doing insurance they said its cashless and today also their insurance department says it cashless to new customers.. so whole the staff of hind motor is fraud, .. Starting From G.M to lower level all staff is fraud and all their wordings are fake.. SO IF ANYONE WANTS TO DEAL WITH THEM GET EACH AND EVERY THING CLEARLY WRITTEN OR FIRST OF ALL TRY TO DONT GO HIND MOTORS
