Cheating by Hind Motors

Dear Sir

I approached Hind Motors Mohali for repair of my Indigo car 2007 Model to solve the problem of Engine missing & Gear lever play adjustment on 06.05.2011.But surprisingly they asked for replacement of Injectors. I inquired alternate day if my car is ready? But they promised for early delivery. After 15 days they tell that Injector had been reached from Pune. then they told me that it is the fault of Tappet head, which is to be replaced. They took another 15 days for Tappet head. Again I asked for delivery of car, but the new problem of Diesel filter arises& they asked for another 15 days for new diesel filter to come from Pune But the diesel filter did not arrived. At last I asked for delivery of vehicle as it is But they handed over bill of Rs 56808.00 with out solving the problem of my car.

they deliver the car without washing the vehicle & dirty from inside with finger prints of Mechanics with black Oil.

Behavior of staff is very bad. No one is their to listen the grievance of customer. No trained workshop Manager is their. Everyone is abusing to everyone. So called Service Advisor available are to extracting money just from the pockets of Customers. In the name of service those people just get the vehicle washed in the workshop. They did not allow the the customer to go to workshop to know if the vehicle is properly attended or not.

My only suggestion for all the persons not to go to such fraud's service stations doing their business in the name of big Houses.
