Non Delivery of goods and mental harassment

My name is Rakesh Kumar and I had booked my household goods through Hinduatan Cargo Movers and Packers and the contact person was Pradeep, to be delivered to bangalore from Gurgaon but due to my personal reasons could not take the delivery on time and asked them to deliver it after 1 1/2 months for which they asked me to pay more money for the godown and storage charges amounting to rs 20, 000 which i paid them through online transfer and they assured me that they will deliver my consignment within the next 10 days but its been almost a month they haven't sent it. Now they are avoiding my calls by either not picking it or handing it over to the casual workers. I nowadys stay in Bangalore and don't really know what to do inorder to get my goods and teach them a lesson so that they won't repeat it again and harass other customers.

Appreciate if anyone can suggest me a best option on this.
