Price changing without any information

Dear Sir, I Mr Kallol Das have booked my ambassador from Shah Distributors (8/1 Sarat Bose Road, kol 700020) at the ex showroom price of three lakh eighty sixe thousand six hundred fifty two rupees (3, 86, 652). They told me to come after two months. but at the time of delivery their officials told me that the price of Ambassador is increased seven thousand. They forced me to pay six thousand more or cancel the booking. My question is that there is no my fault. Hindustan motor is unable to delivery the car in last two months. Then why iI have to pay six thousand rupee more? pls help me..
