Mechanic made argument with bad langauges

In the last of JANUARY i booked for cylinder in HP gas, on the same time they asked for checking of regulator, burner etc. i replied "no every thing was working properly, and if any problem will there i will inform u myself", then they said 'OK', but On 11 Feb at 4:30 pm mechanic of "hindustan petroleum gas" company came to my house saying that checking was going, then my mother told him "when we already said we don't want checking then why u came, we don't want any checking" on that he started arguing with using badwords to my mother and about this i told him that "i will complaint about him in police" he replied "i will show u! ".

kindly take a strict action against this incidence because the way of his talking is very bad
