Delivery of refill cylinder not yet even after booking before 1 month

I am the resident of Amravati in Maharashtra State. I am having domestic LPG gas of Hindustan Petroleum. My dealer name is Amravati Gas Company, near balaji mandir, Amravati. My consumer no. is 2449. I have booked my refil cylinder before 1 month. But till date i have not received my refil cylinder. Whenever I phone to office they said that we will send within 2-3 days. I have phone 3-4 times uptill now. Every time same answer. The most hopeless service in amravati is Amravati Gas Company. There are other dealer of HP in amravati. But their service is not like this. Will company executive look in this case. Otherwise tell us how to shiftover from one dealer to other of HP gas. This dealer is oldest of your company. That why this is reason. Other company dealer gas refill delivery is within 2-3 days. Amravati Gas Company every time his answer is not available of stock. Or shortage or delivery person not available.
