Domestic Connection

I am an employee of an INGO based at Koraput. I am staying with my family separate from my parents. I hv the documents like PAN, Voter ID, Driving License, SBI Passbook in my name. But when approached the Sole Dealer of HPCL at Koraput, he denied of giving me a connection. Can u suggest what more to submit, so that I can get a domestic connection. he is telling that ur mother has a connection that is why ur not eligible for new connection. So how can I fulfil my domestic need?

After repeated request also the Dealer did not respond. I hv submitted the complaint some 10-12 days ago. But no communication rcvd from ur end.

Hope to get the reply soon & my problem wl b solved soon.
