Sir,

I am a consumer of HP Gas Company, vide my consumer No.606701, having double bottled connection. But most of the time I am wandering for gas due to non delivery of refilling cylinders in time by the dealer. I have booked for refill cylinder on 5.11.11, but till today no gas supplied to me. I contacted him, who refused for home delivery when I attended his godown for gas, again refused for godown delivery and told me gas will supply by home delivery basis. Telephone booking is completely stopped. He is supplying under weight refill cylinders and charging excess money in home delivery @ Rs.430/- per cylinder. I have no gas since last fifteen days. Kindly interfere in the matter and enable me to get the refill cylinders as soon as possible.
