Non delivery of gas booking

Sir,

This is to bring to your kind notice that I am a consumer of your Gas Company with a dealer named "Shiva Gas Co." Near Himland Hotel, Circular Road, Shimla (Himachal Pradesh) with Consumer No -616404 .I booked a Gas Cylinder on 30th December but to my surprise & despite my three personal visits in the Office of the company I was unable to receive the the same till date. I am not sure to whom they are accomodating?

Please look into the matter and arrange accordingly else I will be compelled to go to the Consumer Forum for this.
