SO DELAY GAS AND BLACKMARKETING

I am a resident of garimaan khan jalesar I am consumer of HP Gas, my consumer no. 619264. Gas distribution services of my local HP Gas supplier ravi gas agency jalesar uttar Pradesh is very worst. He is not providing Gas to his consumer’s even after months long after booking. I have booked a cylender of Gas on 24/01 by internet and still as 16/02 I have not received gas. After booking I have remind him 5-6 times additionally make personnel visit to their office and request them to provide the Gas but still they have not supplied the Gas Cylinder. Booked .at every booking I complaint by internet on hp gas zone than recived filled cyll. Mr. sandeem sales officer also involved gas black marketing with this distributor. So mr sandeep not solve my problem on hpgas zone complaint no. 10038948 till date. This is not of my alone problem, when I have visited his office I have seen a many people complaining the same that they have the gas cylinders months long back but they are received their Gas cylinders booked .at every bookin in time. And facing the problem. I request to you please look into the matter and take the necessary action to resolve the problem. Thanking you.
