Hi Everyone,

I have transferred my household stuff from HYD to Bangalore on 26/01 via HINDUSTAN RELOCATIONS and they agreed that stuff will be dispatched within 24-48 hours at Bangalore. But even after so many follow up my stuff didn't reached. I had to stay in Hotel for 2 days and then again revisit to HYD on 31/01 and then he said that your stuff has been stuck in some godown and it may take additional 1 week. I had to travel back to my native and returned back to BNG on 6/02.Before coming i called the owner of HINDUSTAN RELOCATIONS (Mr Dinesh Sangwan) and told him that i will be reaching by 1PM but When i came here my entire stuff was lying in my house parking with no one to take care. It was really very unprofessional from HINDUSTAN RELOCATIONS that they don't even care about someones belongings. When i checked there was Double bed mattress, Kitchen Items, Clothes etc and lots of things were missing. Majority of my furniture including Bed, Dressing table, table, computer chair, Glass frames, Wall clocks, Vases had too much damage. I told the same thing to owner of HINDUSTAN RELOCATIONS and he said he will check and will deliver the missing items within 24 hours and they have tie up with National Insurance company and they will surely take care of my damage. So fare its now 1 month and i have not recieved my belongings nor any claim and Dinesh (owner of HINDUSTAN RELOCATIONS) is saying that he will do it shortly.

Someone please guide and help me. I would be filing an FIR by today but would also like to get valuable feedback from this forum.
