Miserable services in Repairing

With reff. to the services, I have faced a plenty of miserable condition.

As my car -Alto K10 met with an accident in the month of may, 28th & the repairing of the same took a month time i.e. delivered on 29th June'11.

Apart from the delivery taking that much of time & done with care&&as explained...

The problem faced in few area like water resistance from over the roof.

In consultation with the Ghazipur outlet, it has been intimated that the problem would be resolved while the car would be coming for the DUE SERVICE.

Today, on 20th, the same has also been explained to the superviser & the body shop deptt. & being ensured the issue would be taken care but when the call came in for the completion they didn't care for the actual problem by the denier that the body shop deptt. didn't listen to the content.

Thereafter in the persual from the body shop, they said the problem would be resolved by tomorrow & the delivery may took another day or can't say how long...

If a customer would face the problem in regular sequence how could he or would refer the other of that services where time, commitment & services never matter.

Hope the issue would be taken seriously!!!
