SWIFT DEZIRE VXI PETROL
RUST DEVELOPED ON WINDOW PANES BARS

Dear sir/ madam,

I wish to lodge a complaint in my new swift dezire vxi car, the car was purchased in the month of november just after 6 months rust developed on the bars (for support) for window glass panes.

It is very strange that over a period of just 6 months such a issue comes in car.

I checked many cars same issue was seen in all cars.

I am very ashamed to see such a issue in world car, on one hand we buy indian cars but due to small issues it creates a bad name on the brand.

It very clearly indicates low metallurgy used on that area, other wise same thing was not seem in my earlier used 800 as well as still owned alto.

I want to bring the attention of top authorities on the issue and request you to kindly arrange to do the needful.
