Cheating on Petrol

This is the second time I was cheated at Hi Tech Auto services close to Purva Vantage, 19th Main 2nd Sector HSR Layout. The first time 6 weeks back when the meter suddenly jumped about Rs80/- and today when it jumped from Rs878/- to Rs1000/-. The first time the attendants agreed that the meter had 'jumped' and refilled the difference but today the matter had to be taken into the office and one was met with flimsy excuses and rudeness. One doesn't take the eye off the meter anymore inspite of the distracting tactics. While I shall wait for a redressal one would like to warn fellow consumers. With fuel prices knowing only the way 'up ' and Petrol Stations getting bolder in their cheating methods I hope Indian Oil Corporation would be alert to their retailers and their many 'games'. If the matter is just an error in the machine then the complaint does not call for so much rudeness either.
