They are looting the custome

I booked new gas connection in Bharat gas before 1 years. I got no. also. When my no. came I went to gas egency. Actually I want buy only gas connection. But agency told me I have to purchase one of the items whatever they have with new conection. They are selling the items 1.5 times costlier than market rates. They told me that if I doesn't buy any thing then I can not get gas connection. Details of the gas Agency is given below. Please help me. Can any body tell me that is it this complait will be taken serioslly by consumer service or they also making frods.
