Vehicle delivery

Myself is Praveen, working at Sai Service, Thrissur, Kerala. Purchase a new Unicorn Bike from Srivari Honda, Thrissur Dealer. My complaint is, the bad behavior of Documentation/registration staff of the dealership. My name is Praveen V... noted only Praveen..while asking for a correction, dealer staff neglected my complaint.. I have completed the finance & paid downpayment 2 days before for registration, i would like to saw my vehicle.. but dealer staff told..there is no customer of showing the new vehicle to the customer before registration/delivery.. My quest. is y honda dealer staff is behaving like this.. this is the second dealer in town..the first one is famous for this type of monopolic behaviour.. I also working in automobile company like Maruti Suzuki.. request you to do the needful.
