Self Starter not functioning properly

My Name is Umashankar K P, I have purchased Honda Activa Scooter White colour Regn No. KA 05 HN 6182 and getting it serviced at your Authorised M/s Silicon Honda Kadhirenahalli, bangalore, From the day one My vehicle has Self Starter Problem, and Seat locking problem, and Kicker problem, but your above said service Center not able to solve even after one year (4 services completed) every time they are telling the reason of next service we will resolve the issue. but I came to know that they have lack of competency and lack of knowledge, they are very arrogant in customer service. I request your good self kindly intervien this matter and communicate to bangalore branch and solve my scooter above said problem,
