Dear Sir,

I had purchased a bike (CB Twister) From Ganpati Auto (Delear of Honda) on 20.02.2010 in gurgaon. (Reg No HR 26 BB 1859)

45 days back i encountered a problem during operation (engine sound was abnormal). After this i gave my bike for the servicing to Ganpati auto (palam vihar branch).

At the time of servicing they found that bike did not have any engine oil in transmission . all engine oil became evaporated through silencer due to fault in engine parts.

Then they replaced some of my engine parts under warranty. They took 22 days to replace my parts.

Now Before 15 days i again faced a problem during opeartion (bike was not moving).

I immediately gave my bike at Ganpati Auto Sector 14 Branch to see the issue.

They replied me that one of transmission part has got worn out. and they dont have any spare parts with them.

Now 15 days are gone, i have not received any input from their side.

I have already filed a complaint against it on HMSI website but i have not received any response from HMSI too.

Please help me regarding subjected matter.
