Left out Cabin Baggage in QR 593

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Anil Kumar, Indian by nationality. I am a regular flier via Qatar Air and a Burgundy Card Holder. This is to inform you about the cabin baggage I left out in your flight number QR593 from Lagos to Doha. The flight landed in Doha on 27th April at 00:25 HRS .

It was a KID'S SYNTHESIZER (PIANO), wrapped in black polythene sachet, with a fragile sticker. You can find it above the seat number 40J & 40K. That was my seat number in the boarding pass. Immediately I was in Doha Airport I did complain to the staff at the counter and they said it will take sometime. I had my connecting flight to New Delhi in an hour QR 234 and I proceeded for the same. I was told that the baggage will reach me at my next flight QR234 to my seat, which was 25C, but they said that it wasn't found.
