False warranty assurance

I have buyed a new maruti swift vdi 2mth back, its just 4000km run till now. i had tyre bust at a speed of 4okm /hr. on contacting the service center it was informed its has 2 be replaced as per the jk tyre inspection person, and not repariable .i was informed that it cannot be coverd under warranty as it was due to sharp object cut.if such thing can happen with new car then nathing can be coverd under warranty., inspite of the claim.
