Incomplete work done

I have purchase modular kitchen from home town central jayanagar, eight months back but till now work has not been completed . midway accessories display of the kitchen unit work is pending till now .as i called to the kitchen department they told me one box got missed by the logistic dept .i am asking them since 3 months to finish my work as pending by them but no action is being taken by them... so kindly i request u to look over the concern matter and finish my pending work as soon as possible.
