Dear Sir,

Your attention is invited on the subject for Honda Activa Vehicle With Chassis No. 98277203 and Engine No. JC44E / 0300075.The present SMU of Vehicle is 1120 Km and is with your service Center at Rajahmundry. The First Service has been done at 563 Km on 21-11.As some unusual noise observed from its Engine of the Vehicle, it has been Handed over to your Service Center. After Check up by your service personnel it has been intimated about the damage to its Cam shaft and planning to its replacement.

In this context we request to Consider and replace the entire Engine Assembly with new ones as the failure is a manufacturing Defect Occurring around 1000 Km run itself. It is not acceptable to us for any repairs to the Engine assembly as the failure is a clear indication of Manufacturing defect and the originality of Engine Cannot be brought up. Requested for Immediate action.
