About servicing

Sir,

I am buying bike in 27th dec.company give me a four free servicing.

second servicing is done in the February.at that time Dealer says me next servicing on the

may month having 4000km running, but my exam at that monthso i didn't get time to free service.

also at that month bike will standing in the home having with not appropriate km.

i m going to this month dealer say that third free servicing is out of date.so, sir,

what is the basis criteria for servicing -on the km/number of days?

plase tell me.
