Non Availability of Clutch Plate

My CB Unicorn Dazzler Bike has met with an unexpected Issue. It is still in Warranty i.e. Less than 1 year on road now. It has completed around 3800KM Only.

Service Center Guy's told that Clutch Plate is faulty and need to be replaced.

My first question is that in this small tenure, how can a clutch plate gets faulty. It had Only run few KM's.

Now, they are telling that Clutch Plate Stock is unavailable and making me wait for more than 3 days now.

My Second Question is, How can parts be out of stock for a bike which is enough to be termed in the category of costly and new bike's?

I need to get some answer, as my bike was in good condition till one week past.

I assume the clutch plate had issue from beginning, as I was getting low milieage till now.

Also, Can any one initiate the replacement of the Clutch Plate at the earliest and get my bike back on road?
