Poor Customer Service

I booked Honda Unicorn Dazzlar at Agartala, Tripura before 1 month & they assured that they will deliver in 7 or 8 days. Even after 1 month the vehicle not delivered & whenever I check with dealer, I will get some usual excuses. And there reply is so rude. They never deliver a byke on the due time. Even not me also the other customer also having this problem. But they can't do anything. I thing my this complain can be work and I and the others customer can get their bike on due time. and one thing more we all are already paid the half price of the bike.
