COMPLAINT:

My son met with an accident with the bike on 9th November. My bike was damaged and for the servicing and repairing, I submitted the bike to the service center i.e Beeaar Honda Lucknow on November 12. But I have been facing lot of problems with the servicing. It’s happened around 12 days and still the bike is in same condition despite of the Insurance Claim also being passed and my continuous visits to the service center as well.

The executives from the service center are continuously saying the same thing from past 12 days that the parts which are to be changed are not available.

I am fed up with the service of the company. They always give us a distinct date and when we visit the center, the bike is in same condition and they are ready with the same words as well that the “Parts are not available”.
