Non delivery of vehicle booked seven months back

I booked a red coloured CB UNICORN on 10sep 2010 with shivam automobiles bhubaneshwar after paying an advance of Rs1000/-. The vehicle was said to be delivered by Nov. Till date i am still waiting for the said vehicle. My e-mails to the company in Mar to honda2wheelersindia.com is being rejected. My mail of Jan was responded by the company but nothing moved.
