Dealer is not booking honda activa

I have gone to platinum honda, opp. grain market, g.t. Road khanna, to buy honda activa, instead of giving the scooter. The dealer tell there is shortage of the scooter. I told him to book my scooter but he refuses to do so. Rather he was ready to give scooter on extra money.
