Honda Accord
Non availability of parts against repai

I had sent my car Honda Accord no DL 7CF 8626 for repair against insurance on Jan 25. The dealer Ring Road honda submitted me the repair estimate and then since from that time onwards I am not able to get any concrete reply about when the repair will be completed on the car, I have also lodged my complaint with Honda 121 against the problem vide reference number 21100136 to which I received acknowledgement through SMS but no response after that.

The parts required are not availoable with HONDA and there is no commitment when these will be available and I am spending everyday close to Rs 2000 on Taxi which is futile and complete wastage.

Can somebody take up my compalint with Honda authorities and releive me of this trouble.
