Poor after sales Service

Hello,

My Honda accord was given for servicing at your Chandivali workshop on Tuesday (15-02) morning, after 2 days it was returned yesterday to my driver at 8pm in the night with a service charge of Rs. 3, 888. I am not at all happy with the service given by linkway because of following 2 reasons:

1. The car was returned with fresh black stains of oil and dust on over head roof cloth, on the front and back door leather upholstery on the sides and on the back head rest.

2. I had a complaint of noise coming from the speaker fitting which was not rectified by the service team even after keeping the car for 2 days.

I have been giving my different Honda cars for servicing to this Linkway workshop for more than 6 years but in past 1.5 years this is the 3rd instance where I am highly dissatisfied with your service. I am also thinking not to buy any future cars from Honda as the best of Honda cars are unfortunately not supported by best of after sales service.

I have been trying to get in touch with the customer care manager Leena Desai, since an hour but her mobile is coming switched off. No one at the Chandivali showroom is available to from customer care who can listen to my complaint and Mr Roshan Mendonca, I believe he is the service manager is not picking up his mobile number.

I appreciate if someone can address my complaint on priority and give me an explanation on how the car are returned with fresh stains of Oil and Dust??
