I hope this portal is good enough to resolve and take my complaint to the right person.

the complaint is against lally automobiles okhla who also operates under the name of courtesy honda, initially i was fully satisfied with there customer handling attitude and the way they use to take care of the cars but recently i guess they have grown in size and there infrastructure is not equipped to handle the numbers which are coming to them for after sales service .with me it all started about 5 months a ago my steering wheel was making some noise which was reported to the service center when my car went for servicing, they did not resolve the same saying they do not have the part and will surely resolve this next time, it went the same way for the next two times when the car was taken for servicing .this time when they called and reminded me that the service is due i asked them if this time my old problem will be taken care or not? they called back and confirmed it will be done and the car was scheduled to get picked up from my residence on sunday the 13th march at 8.30 in the morning .it was picked by there driver manjeet, normally like all other time i was expecting a call confirming me the status and what time they will deliver the car back but it did not happen, i called them and they told me that the car will be done by tomorrow as the company surveyor is suppose to chk the same first .next day i again called and the same story was repeated that it will be done and delivered by 6 in the evening, nothing happened after that i was informed late in the evening that the company surveyor did not turn up so they need a d day or two more .on this i asked them to deliver my car back as i was by now out of patience, car was delivered @ around 8pm yesterday.today when i saw my car in the morning i was shocked to see a new front bumper and the headlights and i understood the reason for the delay it was all clear that they have damaged my car while it was with them and they were trying to save there skin .under these circumstances how can we trust any body and because of these kind of people honda as a company is loosing the face value .details of my car honda accord 2.4 at, hr26au 8400 and the person i was in touch with there mr alex paul.i hope to hear from you soon.
