UNDUE DELAY IN DELIVERY

I have booked honda activa from EMERALD BIKES PVT LTD. ON 1/05. But till date I have not got the delivery. I heard that the dealer is selling the activa in black. The other dealer in the city are giving delivery within 3 months. So kindly help me to get the delivery
