Honda Activa
HONDA ACTIVA - NON DELIVERY

I had booked Honda Activa on 01 January by paying Rs.1000/-, with the authorized dealer UNIVERSAL HONDA at Naroda, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The vehicle was booked in the name of Vijay Rathod. I was given a commitment of 90 days for delivery of the vehicle.

I have been constantly following up with the dealer regarding the vehicle and everytime I get a answer saying, you will surely get a call next week.

I want the company to take some strict action against UNIVERSAL HONDA for cheating the customer by giving unnecessary commitments and taking money from them.

Needless to say that the customer has faith in Honda's brand name and it is very disappointing for a customer to wait for scooter for 5 mths and still not getting any positive response. I have lost interest in buying the vehicle and want compensation from the company for unnecessary helsing the customers money and wasting customer's precious time for waiting for the vehicle.
