Bad quality of Parts

Dear Sir,

I have got 4th free serviced my honda activa from S.D. Ambala City. During servicing it was found that the ONE TEETH OF GEAR COMP KICK DRIVEN (Part No. 28230KVT 900) got broken. Dealer has taken payment of Rs.217 for replacing the same. When I asked him that the vehicle is under waranty period Then he replied that this part is not under waranty period. Wear N tear parts have no waranty. But this part has broken due to manufacturing defect. This part has no sign of any wear out. I can send this part to QC dept for Examining. But I am sure this part has a manufacuring defect. I want my refund.
