Honda Activa
Starting trouble

I have purchased honda Activa in 2006 and the same is sparingly used only for 5600 km. From theh past few months the scooter is not starting on battery regularly. I always kick start in the morning and that too I have to kick for long time. Thereafter it will start on battery after running for some time. While keeping the vehicle idle for more than 3 hours again it will not start on self and we have to kick again. My complaint to Planet Honda in Rajajinagar bangalore, has not yielded any result. Even the service quality is poor and they always find way to replace part. As in the last service done recently they asked me to change air filter (which is required to be changed only after 10, 000 KM)

Please suggest to rectify the above problem.
