Honda Activa
Poor service

I saw many people are complaining about Honda. I have a very bad experience with my Honda Activa Scooter. One of their authorised service provider in Bangalore took NINE MONTHS to solve a problem. I visited totally 14 times. I sent 4 mails to Honda. Forget about replying, they did'nt even acknowledge receiving my mail.

Absolutly hopeless situation. If any body thinking about Buying a Honda two wheeleer, my sincere advice

DONT BUY.Go for Suziki. They are much more professional to handle their customer.
