Honda Activa
Not delivering in time

Dear Sir,

I booked for Honda Activa on 8-8 at Hasan Honda Pondicherry. On booking day they informed me that within 45 days ther will be delivery. But till date they didn't deliver the same. Whenever I rang up to the dealer they informed me in next batch we will deliver. Today also same reply I got.

What I can do legally against the Dealer
