Asking money to deliver RC

Hi,

I have bought a Honda Activa from Giridih Honda (sub dealer-M/s Shivam Automobiles).

They have updated 500rs due in their system while nothing is due in my chalan reciept.

they are not sending the Chalan.

even we are from different district (deoghar).

They are avoiding our call...
