Delay in delivery

Dear Sir / Madam,

I would like to complain about Not getting delivery from your Pilot 2 wheelers p. ltd. - Mulund-west Mumbai 400080 . inspite of promise given to us for the delivery within 45 to 60 days, i am unable to get delivery.please find attached copy of booking form & 2 receipt of payment.

I have booked activa on 12-08 by paying Rs. 1000/- as booking amount & after your representative's suggestion, I have paid the Total Balance amount Of Rs. 46, 350/- on 29-09-09.

but till date inspite of promise, & paying full amount in advance i didn't get the delivery.

WHAT ABOUT USING MY MONEY FROM LAST 3 MONTHS??? WHAT ABOUT INTEREST???

please look in to the matter immediatly
