Delay in delivery

Dear Sir,

I had booked an Honda Activa scooter on 14th Nov via Arya Bhangy Motors, Alwaye, Ernakulam dist, Kerala, India wide receipt no. C 4184 & booking no. 22300.

On the booking time the dealer promised that the delivery of the scooter will be commenced within 2 months from the date of booking.

Till date already 2 months & 4 days completed. On enquiry with the dealer i'm getting the reply that temporary permit is not being issued for my area. My area comes under the Muvattupuzha RTO circle. But this has not been declared with valid documents.

On local enquiry i came to know that vehicles booked upto 16th Nov has been already delivered.

Since the dealer promised that the delivery will be done within two months i had already arranged the payment via loan.

So i strongly believe that this is the negligence by the Dealer.

So i request you to take some positive steps to deliver the vehicle as early as possible.
