Battery Life

I am a pensioner from Indian Air Force and had puchased a Honda Activa Scooter from Krishna Automobiles, Chandigarh on 23 Aug. I had got all the free as well as paid services done from the dealer and alwys requested them to check the battery condition so that it doesnot dry or damage. Last time when I went there on 14 Dec I was contacted on phone and was told that the battery needs to be replaced with a new one as it is dead. I had to got it replaced as I was not in a position to verify the facts. In my opinion, the battery should run for atleast 3-4 years.

I had to spend Rs. 850/- just due to improper check of the battery at the time of servicing at agency. Please instruct the agency to sort out my greivances and refund the amount.
