Vehicle not delivered after 4 months of booking

I have booked for an activa scooter with KTC Motors Calicut on 28 09 2009 by paying

an aount of Rs 1000. At that time they promised to deliver the vehicle by 3 months. On 28th January my waiting period is 5 months. On repeated enqiry the dealer is not giving any proper reply other than "the load has not come" for the last two months. I request you to advice the dealer to deliver the vehicle immediately or otherwise I will be compelled to approach the Judiciary for any loss to me on the escallation of price and for non-delivery.
