Honda Activa
Not giving delivery

I have booked an Honda Activa with an authorised distributor in Bhiwandi (Sai Point) on 27th of October.

They promised me to deliver the said scooter within four months of booking. Today on 7th Manch, after frecquent enqrires about my booking, this peoplee say that Honda co. has a different kind of policies and you will have to wait for a month or more for the vehical. I am sure this guys are doing black market of the said vehical. Because this vehiccals are available with local dealers by paying an on amount on the spot. I request to look in the matter and suggest me what should I do to obtain an vehical.
