I have booked an Honda Activa with an authorised distributor (Sai Point) in Bhiwandi, on 27th of october. Since it has been nearly four and a half month, on frequently enquiring with them thay have always said they are "out of stock". Whereas in local market a dealer provides it on the spot by paying an on amount. On 5th of march the Sai Point said I'll have to wait for a month or more for the delivery, because Honda co. has very different kind of policy for disbursment of the vehicals.

I doubt this guys are doing black marketing of this vehicals with help of local market dealers, that is why the vehical is availabe in local market by paying an on amount, and providing the said to subscribers.
